Some of our customers have reported an issue with their iMessage application's cost splitting function freezing. The cause seems to stem from the order in which Moneytree is updated. If you update to a version that works with iOS 10 before updating the system to iOS 10, you may get an app freeze. If you experience freezes with the latest version of Moneytree installed after updating to iOS 10, please perform the following steps to fix the issue.
The three simple steps should fix the issue. Remember, deleting Moneytree doesn not delete your data. After re-installing, simply sign in and continue using the app as always.
