ScanSnap: If you get a "Password is incorrect" error

For iOS only This problem can be solved by one of the following steps. If you try each of them in order, you shoulld be able to connect.

  1. Go to your iPhone settings and turn WiFi off and then back on
  2. Turn your iX500 off and then back on
  3. Turn your WiFi router off and then back on

Try step 1. If it doesn't work go on to 2. And if that fails, continue to 3.

Please conntact support if you still cannot connect after carrying out the fixes listed above.
