How to change your email address

You can easily change your email address registered with Moneytree. Follow the steps below to learn more about the process.

iOS

1.On the Balances Card tap the top left corner, and go to Settings screen.

2.Tap “Change Email Address”.

3.Enter your pincode to confirm and proceed further.

4.Enter a new email address and tap “Change Email” to save changes and complete the process. We will then send a confirmation to your new address, so you must allow emails from the “getmoneytree.com” domain if you use your carrier email address.

Android

1.On the Balances Card tap Contextual Menu, and go to Moneytree Settings.

3.Enter your passcode to confirm and proceed further.

4.Enter a new email and your current password. Tap “Change Email” to save changes and complete the process. We will then send a confirmation to your new address, so you must allow emails from the “getmoneytree.com” domain if you use your carrier email address.
